WSA is a leading provider of value-added services for the wireless communication and consumer electronics industry, specializing in the retail market. It is a provider with the quality and capacity of a large corporation, but it maintains the flexibility, attention to detail and speed of a small business. Its dedication to being a provider of cutting-edge innovation and technology is the primary reason this relationship was possible. Its warehousing facilities in San Diego and Laredo, Texas have a total of 45k square feet, with a capacity of storing 1,800 pallets, plus floor space. Its San Diego location possesses three assembly lines and is capable of flashing over a 1 million mobile devices each month. With the introduction of our first of its kind media distribution capability, it will increase our ability to enter new markets and redefine existing industries.
Syllabus:
Syllabus and PPM have entered into an Agreement under which Syllabus will provide A&R, music sourcing, and promotion services to PPM. With over 20 years of industry experience, and an expansive network of promotional representatives on 180 college campus throughout Europe, Syllabus will provide PPM with a grassroots presence vital to enhancing its position as a leading provider on new and emerging artist content in Europe. Syllabus will also assist PPM in establishing similar grassroots connections in the US and Latin American youth markets.
Ice Breaker and PPM have entered into a 2 year Agreement for Ice Breaker to provide mobile marketing solutions on its Crush or Flush application platform. Crush or Flush is one of the fastest growing mobile applications in North America. The application allows young people to flirt and gift via either a mobile device or PC. Users Crush the people they are attracted to and Flush the rest. Under the Agreement PPM will have a Branded Profile a user can Crush. This action directs the user to the PPM’s WAP portal for instructions on how to receive up to 25 free tracks from PPM’s catalogue of emerging artists. Additionally, PPM will skin nearly 20,000 SMS update messages daily to Crush or Flush users. Similar to the Branded Profile, the user will be able to take advantage of a special offer from PPM.
PPM and ubroadcast have entered into an agreement making PPM the exclusive provider of music content on ubroadcast’s internet based audio and video broadcast platform. Ubroadcast’s system allows users to create and broadcast live or recorded radio and television shows. With this Agreement in place, anyone seeking to create a radio station or needing music for television transitions or background will be required to use PPM’s audio content. This arrangement helps to position ubroadcast from potential liability for use of protected content by its users. The Agreement provides three subscription categories: 1.) One time Use; 2.) Month to Month: and 3.) Annual.
